This location data (which may constitute your Personal Information) will be collected for the purpose of asset recovery and vehicle service management (which are legitimate business interests of Valet 360 in the vehicle lease relationship with you).
You acknowledge and agree that we may collect and share information collected using the GPS locator in the vehicle to conduct enquiries, monitoring and further investigations for Valet 360’s legitimate business purposes.

Valet 360 does not use official identifiers (e.g. tax file numbers) to identify individuals. We note that an individual’s name or Australian Business Number is not an identifier for the purposes of the Privacy Act and hence may be used to identify individuals.
